CLIENT INFORMATION GUIDELINES FOR COVID-19 

New clients will need to complete a COVID screening information form which will be emailed to clients before the appointment. 


New procedures and what to expect 

  • Please wear a face masks. Although restrictions are being lifted nationally cases of infection are still increasing.

  • I will continue to wear a face mask.

  • It’s important that you arrive on time and not before then, please wait in your car if you’re early. This is to ensure that I’ve had time to clean and disinfect everything thoroughly before you arrive. 

  • As you enter, you’ll be asked to sanitise your hands. 

  • The treatment couch will have fresh linens for each client for your comfort and safety. 

  • The window will be kept open for ventilation 

  • I have a 15 minute gap between clients during which time the clinic room and hallway will be fully ventilated. 

 

  • I am double vaccinated. I have also been isolating with Covid 19 11th July- 21st July. Government guidelines state that I will not need to take a Covid test for a period of 60 day. After that period I will do a lateral flow test twice a week.

Documentation
There will be more forms to complete online before you attend your appointment. I will email these to you once an appointment is booked. I am available on the phone if you experience any difficulties completing these.
