Movement 

I have always danced and moved my body. I trained as a dancer from a young age and taught for many years. I feel passionately that movement is vital for a healthy, happy life especially as we age.

 

My classes are a mix of my years of practice, a combination of dance, somatic movement, yoga inspired flow, mobility exercises and stretching. All designed to ease the body and mind. Flow, stretch and release tension. 

I use my training as a Level 5 Sports and Remedial massage therapist with over 30 years experience in the dance sector to ensure a safe and enjoyable class. I am currently studying a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. These class are suitable for all.
