Join me and yoga teacher Monika Maurer for a beautiful afternoons of self-care and connection at the unique River Room studio in Westbury Wildlife Park. These sessions provide you with a much needed opportunity to slow down and rest, to nurture yourself body and soul, and to feel truly supported and restored.
​
Monika will provide gentle movement and restorative yoga sessions and I will share some massage techniques. All equipment is provided, although you are very welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, cushion and anything else you might need to make yourself truly comfortable.
