Yoga in Hotwells 

Movement has been my language for over 40 years—as a dancer, a community arts leader, and now as a yoga teacher. Yoga, for me, is a way to come home to ourselves, to soften, to listen. I’m here to hold a space where you can move with ease, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your own body. My hope is that each practice leaves you feeling nourished, grounded, and a little more whole.

 

My classes are simple and accessible based on the Hatha style of yoga and my background in movement. Designed to ease the body and mind.

What is Hatha Yoga? 

Hatha is about building steadiness, while giving time to build flexibility and balance within each asana (posture). Rooted in traditional practices, my sessions explore steady postures, mindful breath work, moments of stillness and moments of flow to help you build strength, balance, and inner calm. Some sun salutations may be included in addition to creative sequences to promote grace, clarity and ease.

My classes are suitable for everyBODY.
