Grounding Hatha 
A grounding practice of steady postures, mindful breath and gentle flow to help you reconnect with your body and find ease in every movement. Suitable for all levels.

Wednesday 6.45pm-7.30pm

Hatha Flow
An energising yet balanced practice blending steady postures, breath awareness, and flowing sequences to build strength, focus, and ease from the inside out. Suitable for all levels 

Friday 9.30am-10.30am

Stretch | Relax | Release 
A class designed to unwind tight muscles and de-stress using a combination of movement and stretching to calm the body and mind. This slow paced class will focus on deep stretching, allowing the body time to release tension and improve flexibility. Suitable for all levels

Sunday 9.30am-10.30am Starts Sunday
