Friday 6.45pm-7.45pm Winter Slow Down: Restorative Yoga
During the Winter months the weekly Friday session will be a little different. When days become shorter and colder, most mammals hunker down, hibernating or just physically moving more slowly through the winter. Not us, BUT for 60mins on a Friday evening you can do just that!
Restorative Yoga is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasises the meditative aspect of yoga.We will begin with a gentle warm up, easing the body with fluid movements before moving on to the restorative practice. Finding stillness in nurturing postures supported by bolsters and blocks. Enabling you to relax completely.
