Monday 7.00pm - 8.00pm  Grounding Hatha 

We will explore steady postures, mindful breath work, moments of stillness and moments of flow to help you build strength, balance, and inner calm

Suitable for all levels 

Tuesday 12pm -12.45pm Yoga For Strength 

This class incorporates the movement logic of strength training while keeping the yoga principles of control, breath, flexibility, balance and mobility. It includes: Compound movements (multiple joints + muscle groups) | Time under tension (slow, controlled holds) | Isometric + dynamic strength

Wednesday 6.00pm -7.00pm  Grounding Hatha

Friday 6.45pm-7.45pm Restorative Yoga with massage 


Restorative Yoga is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasises the meditative aspect of yoga.We will begin with a gentle warm up, easing the body with fluid movements before moving on to the restorative practice. Finding stillness in nurturing postures supported by bolsters and blocks. This classes includes hands on therapeutic touch enabling you to relax completely

Sunday 9.30am -10.30am Grounding Hatha
