We will begin in an energising Hatha yoga flow before heading out into the surrounding countryside for our foraging walk with Maria, from Healing Weeds where we'll learn all about the edible and medicinal plants around us. We'll find out what they look like, smell like - and taste like - whilst getting to know their uses and stories. We will share how easily these plants can be found and woven into our diets and daily routines to support our health and transform the experience of walking outside, with time for a wild herbal tea. We will return to the hall for a deeply relaxing restorative yoga practice.
Please bring walking shoes and suitable clothing for outside, depending on the weather. All yoga equipment os provided. If you have nay questions drop me an email.

Each New Moon Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat is a nurturing Sunday afternoon experience — a sanctuary of stillness, movement, and self-care designed to help you realign body, mind, and spirit.
These sessions invite you to move mindfully, slow down, breathe deeply and offer a space for new beginnings throughout the year.
Retreat Details:
🕒 Time: Sundays 2:00 – 5:30 pm
*12th July 1.30-5.30pm (please arrive at 1.20 to start at 1.30pm
🌿 Open to: Everyone — no yoga experience required
🌿 Location: Abbots Leigh Village hall, Bristol BS8 3QP.
💫 Curated & Guided by: Sally, Yoga Teacher & Massage Therapist with guests.
💫 All equipment provided.
What to Expect
Each retreat blends movement, restorative practices and self care to bring you back to balance including:
