What to Expect

As winter invites us to slow down and turn inwards, join me for a nourishing afternoon of movement, rest and reconnection.

We’ll begin with gentle movement to awaken the body, some breath work and meditation before moving into a grounding Hatha yoga practice to warm the body, awaken energy and bring a little joy to the darker days.

As the afternoon unfolds, we’ll slow things down and settle into deeply restful Restorative Yoga, supported by cosy blankets and bolsters, allowing the body and mind to fully unwind.

There will also be time for quiet reflection, guided meditation and, of course, homemade cake and tea, with the opportunity to connect with others.

We will finish with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice.

An afternoon to embrace the slower rhythm of winter, nourish yourself and leave feeling rested, restored and reconnected.

What to Expect

Join me for a nourishing Yoga Nidra session in the beautiful Sellanrra cafe.  An opportunity to slow down, unwind and enjoy some much-needed time for yourself.

Yoga Nidra, often described as yogic sleep, is a deeply restful, guided meditation practised lying down in comfort. There's no physical effort involved, no poses to master and nothing you need to do other than listen and relax.

We'll begin with a gentle welcome, some simple movement and calming breathwork to help you settle.

You'll then be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice, allowing your body to deeply relax while your mind finds a little space and stillness.

We'll finish with a moment of quiet reflection, followed by herbal tea and a homemade sweet treat.

No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are and enjoy the chance to pause.

Take a little time for yourself. Rest, restore and reconnect.

Spaces are limited – book your place and join us.
