Client Review of Restorative Yoga Massage Treatment
Loved the Restorative Yoga Massage treatment. Great tension release, relaxing and invigorating.
I’m hypermobile and have a lot of stretch in my joints but also end up with really tight muscles and connective tissue. This really helped me stretch and relax muscles and connective tissue in ways I can’t manage on my own and was more effective on working into the connective tissue than massage.
Sally moved me through yoga poses, deepened stretches and massaged away tensions. It’s like a cross between yoga, Thai massage and a physio session.
I plan to start alternating this treatment with my regular deep tissue massage to keep my body functional and pain-free
