Friday 6.45-7.30 Move More Fitness studio in Hotwells
A class designed to unwind tight muscles and de-stress using a combination of movement and stretching to calm the body and mind. This slow paced class will focus on deep stretching, allowing the body time to release tension and improve flexibility.
I use my knowledge as Level 5 Sports & Remedial massage therapist with over 30 years experience in the dance sector to ensure a safe and enjoyable stretch class.

I am really excited to be partnering with the wonderful Monika Maurer. Together we will be devising, planning and delivering events for midlife women.
Monika has been practising yoga for nearly three decades and is an a mission to show others that yoga can be for everybody, no matter your shape, size, flexibility or how late in life you come to it. Find out more about Monika
The events we devise will be small wellbeing sessions, retreats designed for women, holding space and prioritising self-care. Together we will use a range of gentle yoga techniques including movement, dance, massage, breathwork, meditation and sound to nourish your nervous system, balance your hormones and leave you feeling truly supported and nourished. No experience required.

Join me and Monika for a beautiful afternoon of self-care and connection at the unique River Room studio in Westbury Wildlife Park. This session will provide you with an opportunity to slow down and rest, to nurture yourself body and soul, and to feel truly supported and restored.
Monika will provide gentle movement and restorative yoga sessions and I will share some massage techniques.
This mini retreat is designed to welcome all women in midlife and no previous yoga experience is required. All equipment is provided, although you are very welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, cushion and anything else you might need to make yourself truly comfortable.

Join me and Monika for a beautiful day at the stunning Phoenix Tree wellness studio connecting with the spirit of the season.
We’ll gather together to rest and reflect, nourishing our bodies and our nervous systems in a day of gentle connection with ourselves and a community of like-minded souls.
These days are designed to support women in midlife and provide a much needed step back from the busyness of daily life. Monika will provide gentle movement and relaxation and I will share some massage techniques. We might meditate, we might move to music – all activities are optional – but there is always tea and cake. This will be a carefully curated day from the following options:

There is absolutely no pressure to do anything that doesn’t call to you. This is a day for you in which you can allow yourself to simply be.
No experience of yoga is necessary, you are welcome just as you are. The only physical requirement is that you are able to get up and down off the floor with ease. All equipment is provided but you can bring your own mat, blanket, cushion or anything extra you might need to make yourself truly comfortable.
