Move | Stretch | Relax
Monthly the 3rd Sunday every month.
What to expect:
We will begin with a gentle warm up mobilising the joints and soft tissue. We will then increase the pace a little with some dancing, think kitchen disco rather than complicated choreography, followed by some yoga inspired flow. We'll raise our hearts rates and feel the burn.
Once energised we'll slow the pace back down and mindfully release our fascia (if you're not sure what that is come along and find out) and stretch our bodies, helping to improve our flexibility, mobility and bodies resilience.
Lastly you'll get to relax, to lie down (Savasana) and breathe while I come around and give you a mini massage to deepen your relaxation. All this accompanied by a great soundtrack

Join me and Monika for a beautiful afternoon of self-care and connection at the unique River Room studio in Westbury Wildlife Park. This session will provide you with an opportunity to slow down and rest, to nurture yourself body and soul, and to feel truly supported and restored.
Monika will provide gentle movement and restorative yoga sessions and I will share some massage techniques.
This mini retreat is designed to welcome all women in midlife and no previous yoga experience is required. All equipment is provided, although you are very welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, cushion and anything else you might need to make yourself truly comfortable.
